So, um yeah, I didn't get to watch these fights because they're out of Hela early and I guess that I've been working in my yard this whole time, so can't wait to hear what these results. Spoiler alert for everybody out there who hasn't seen the fights Uh, what about you?

I'm slowly getting that, uh getting that ordered and everything but uh works awesome. Uh, the place, awesome area, the area is really nice. I'm, like I said, I'm loving it out here, nice.

Speaker 1:

That's good to hear, cause that is really good to hear, man.

Speaker 2:

If you got a toaster sending to Ann. Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1:

But the but the like those toasts are oven cause he likes to do hot dogs and and uh, pockets. Yeah, all right boys. So earlier, as I mentioned, actually, dude, I'm I'm messing up the routine Y'all ready to jump into this bad boy, or what? Let's start this bad boy off. Hopefully every out, everybody out there in podcast land and YouTube town doing fantastic, have a wonderful week. This week is how you kick it off, bro. Let's start with the bad news first. Cause did you hear about this? Ebert Santos?

Speaker 5:

No, no, no, no, no Uh all right.

Speaker 1:

So here's the blood eye, as in oh, oh on jiu-jitsu that I was talking about. So Ebert Santos, super crazy, he might possibly be a crazy schizophrenic, I don't know. He's, he might be on the spectrum. He's always, always has been. I don't know if you remember, but Ebert Santos is a guy who had a super fight in BJJ All-Stars about eight, six, eight years ago and he was in. He had somebody in his guard and in the middle of the match somebody in the crowd starts talking smack to him that was going for his opponent and he gets up in the middle of the match and runs over to go attack the dude.

Speaker 5:

Oh, yeah, I remember that he's famous for that.

Speaker 1:

But he before that, though, he's always been like a super deadly black belt dude, like he is a beast, but he's also seems kind of douchey. Well, come to find out, yeah, that's who he is, because this fits that personality. Like if I tell what I'm about to tell you right now, you're like, oh yeah, sounds about right. So him and another black belt got arrested, for apparently they were every town they would go to to compete in. They were robbing, kidnapping and raping ladies.

Speaker 2:

What yeah?

Speaker 1:

Look at that's when they caught him. Look at all those phones that they confiscated from them.

Speaker 5:

Wow. And this is like they've already proven it, like this isn't just they caught him busted.

Speaker 1:

Do they got multiple? ladies that already, so check this out. This was a like a. I mean it's not word for word, but this was like a Google translate of the article. This was posted in campo grande newscom, but here's a rough translation. Two men identified as Andre Passau and Iber Santos were arrested this Thursday in Botuva, South Baloch, accused of committing several rapes and robberies in the cities of Montegroso do Sul where they competed in jujitsu events. According to information from shock battalion for women, victims of the crime went to the police to report the case, which happened violently when they were tied up being and threatened at all times. After being aware of the case, police officers began to investigate what happened and discovered that both are internationally renowned, having three world championships pan American, european and Brazilian championships in jujitsu on their curriculum. In Montegroso do Sul, the duo passed through Akidana, miranda Corumba, campo Grande and Tres Lagos, where they committed the crimes, together with teams from the military police of South Baloch. The perpetrators were located in the city of Botuva. With them, 26 cell phones were found, the result of the robberies, including rape victims, and cells. Both also confessed to their crimes. Bam Dude, that is awful, wow. So I mean it's news. I didn't want to report it, but it's pretty important. You know what I mean. So just be careful out there. You never know who you're training with. You get bad vibes. Listen to your gut. Who knows what I mean. He finally got busted, so he's going to be going away for a while, but I'm pretty sure this wasn't the first time he'd done something like this. You don't just-.

Speaker 5:

Right. But I mean also, how does this make? How does this make, like jujitsu look in the community, like in the world, like you have two high level black ballots, multiple championships and stuff like that. I mean this isn't the first time we've heard something pretty crazy or we talked about it on the show. Pretty crazy that's gone on in jujitsu. I mean, how is that change? I mean, is that going to affect the jujitsu community, how people look at it, how people are?

Speaker 1:

bringing their kids to jujitsu classes.

Speaker 5:

Definitely not good.

Speaker 1:

Like really, when I think about it, it's like what's that show on Amazon where the superheroes are like bad guys? Is it the boys? Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, yeah, the boys, dude, that's almost like this because, like we're supposed to be the gentle art bro, like you know, like helping people build self-esteem and look at what these, these guys are using a superpower for evil. So no, get them off the streets.

Speaker 5:

Now you think, do you think that it is happening because, like, maybe there are certain people that are giving black ballots out like sooner than maybe they should? You think, like I mean, because I don't know what that? For me, when I think of a black ballot, I think of something like you said humble, like they know they can pick your ass, but they're super humble, super chill. You know, they're kind of like the ambassador now of their school of the sport and everything Once you make that black belt not like everyone else does it, but you know you would hope yeah these black.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, what you're saying is what you would hope and you would believe you want to believe that that's how everybody is. I know, like at my school. I can vouch for that. You know, right, right, you know there's bad apples everywhere because so, unfortunately.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, that's true, yeah man, all right man, so you're out there, alfonso, with Equinado's to Jitsu. You gotta watch out. Watch your back, man. Watch your back.

Speaker 1:

Watch your booty hole for Give us back to do combat news. But this builds up the community, bro, as you guys know we're out there. Follow them on Insta. We got them right there. They're at at Charle MMA. But, bro, they teamed up with Fuji mats. Guys, Check out these stick ass mats. They are so dope. Oh my gosh, that's yes, yes, fonzo, they do come in blue.

Speaker 5:

Sick. For all the people that are not watching right now, that are just listening to the podcast. It's literally like a black you would think like that. It looks like. It looks like a bandana handkerchief and then it says Cholo, m&m, mma in the middle of it. Oh my gosh, wow.

Speaker 2:

I think I'm just going to get my carpet like that, my little office.

Speaker 1:

There you go.

Speaker 2:

That's all I'm going to do.

Speaker 1:

Get to my welcoming home video on that.

Speaker 2:

when Christina comes home and she sees that, Well, I'm just going to surprise her, for her birthday is coming up. There you go.

Speaker 5:

Hey when it doesn't work out, man, you can sell it to me for hotpot and I'll put it in my car.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, Shout out Cholo M&M, keep doing your thing, boys, you guys are killing it. But that was. I thought that was a really cool design, man.

Speaker 3:

That's cool, yeah, all right.

Speaker 5:

So that last plan that made you go to.

Speaker 1:

So last two weekends ago, aiga International Grappling Association right B team, some members of B team were out there. Mo Jackson had his team out there, universal fighters were out there, kabeed had his team out there, right, oh, when the tournament was said and done, this was right after day one. Isaac Michelle, as you guys know, used to be part of Craig Jones's B team and he had this message to say boys, so check it out, all right.

Speaker 3:

So that last win made you're going against somebody who's obviously trained to B team. Is that made more to you?

Speaker 6:

in that case? Yeah, I mean you can tell Bay team to line him up. I'll beat up.

Speaker 1:

Bro, he said, line him up and I will be there. So he had a match up match against Joseph Chen, as you know, was one of the younger members of the B team who doesn't train exclusively with Craig Jones and them, but he does train a lot with him and he's a good, good dude. I guarantee you will be seeing him at ADCC next year tearing it up. We'll be talking more about him. But Isaac Michelle had a easy time with him, ended up winning by points. It's like pretty much everything. Joseph Chen had the only thing he might have had, like a 15 to 22nd mark in the match towards the end where he actually like was able to get a, almost able to get back up, Look like he was going to get a takedown. And then Isaac was like get off me, kid. So that's fire dude, this guy's pissed. I've heard stories. I don't know. I don't want to confirm anything because I don't know the whole deal. I'm going to have to look into it. But apparently Isaac is upset with B team because he thought that he should be part of, like the guys that get a cut from the money that's coming in and stuff like that. So and that's eventually that I guess that's why he left, and on top of that, I guess Craig had been super nice to him, like helping him get his visa, helping him find a place to stay, helping him out with food and stuff when he first got over here, and that's how we got treated, bro. So I don't know.

Speaker 5:

I'm going to look into it more so maybe we can report about that later on, but I think there's so many people from like B team and all that whole crew, what they're before, b team and B team and like that whole crew just seems like there's always. They're always breaking up, they're always splitting over some, some shit.

Speaker 1:

Well, the majority of them stay together. The only one who's left is been this guy, and then before they were B team like.

Speaker 5:

Wasn't they a part of another with like?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that was when they were with Gordon and they left Puerto Rico.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, after that and then before that some people had a split from that and then like I feel like it just constantly this like the group, the main original group, little by little.

Speaker 1:

So the original group like the Dan and her. The Dan and her desk squad originated like the Hindus and then from there they wanted to leave. Gordon took the whole team to Puerto Rico because they wanted to open up their own school, but they didn't want to have to pay all the taxes in the States.

Speaker 2:

And then they went to.

Speaker 1:

Puerto Rico. And when they got to Puerto Rico, they were there for a few years and then who knows what happened, because once they came back, that was when they, that was when Gordon took off with Dan and her. And then who else went with him originally? Uh, john Carlyle.

Speaker 4:

I believe.

Speaker 1:

And then Craig took off, and then Jayrod and all those other guys. You know what I mean. Even Gordon's brother left too. So who knows? Yeah, right so yeah, yeah, lots of crazy stories between them, so let's switch to your skier. Let's talk about this. Dude is hold on Hold on First.

Speaker 2:

First, this one wasn't on the last show, so oh.

Speaker 1:

Oh, this guy because this guy.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, of course you do, of course you got about what are you bringing up Funzo?

Speaker 5:

Funzo's got receipts, because yeah, that was an easy bet. Come on, that was an easy bet. I was throwing a makers the whole time.

Speaker 4:

Oh man.

Speaker 5:

Yeah.

Speaker 4:

I was a little worried.

Speaker 5:

I was a little worried. How much more fun did that make watching the fights?

Speaker 2:

all night though. That was a lot more fun. It was fun right.

Speaker 1:

It was super fun. Dude, dude that night I had like five different parlés going and they were all like each one was like a dollar, two dollars, three dollars, like it's just like that. But I was like I'm not going to watch it. It was like it's just so much fun to watch. You know what I mean? I think the lowest that was going to come back if it would have hit all was like 12 dollars, and then one of them was like 49 bucks off of three dollars or something like that.

Speaker 3:

Yeah, but I did call this one.

Speaker 1:

Yes, you did so. Check this out. This was in between rounds one and two. I'll show you this guy, the canelo of MMA. Check it out. Listen to what he says. In the corner, guys, you're going to be able to counter when he gets close to you.

Speaker 2:

Hey, keep little face at the legs. He's looking good. You're going to be able to counter when he gets close to you.

Speaker 1:

You hear that You're going to be able to counter when he gets close. So that was in between rounds one and two. I found this clip of them working out before the fight. Let me know if you think. I don't know if this looks familiar, guys. Oh, you see that, yeah, and then he resets, just like Fonzo pointed out in last week's episode, and he cocked back that right hand dude. So for those of you that are listening to this, this is Sean O'Malley working behind the scenes in the locker room with his coach, hidden pads, and his coach is just mimicking some movement that he probably saw Al Jermaine doing, dude, and he's kind of lunging in and Sean baits him by taking a couple steps back and as soon as Al Jermaine lunges in, he steps back on that right foot and just cocked back that right hand. So it wasn't no fluke is what I'm trying to say, guys. I was not on the O'Malley training, you guys know it, but I got to give props. Dude, he is a. He is that dude, he is. And I am stoked to see what's going to happen, because not like just like we said in a while I don't know if we said it on the Parley show or not, I think we said it on last week's episode, fonzo, I said everybody's going to be lining up to get a piece of this dude, everybody thinks they can solve the puzzle. Everybody wants that payday bro because he is the new cash cow, ufc cash cow and I don't have this in the slideshow. But Sean was saying that Connor was tweeting him and or DMing him and saying like he wants to do a pay per view show with him in December. So we could be getting Connor in December, even though we said last week that he wasn't. But apparently it's back on the table again because guys like that can do whatever the F they want. But I don't care, I just want to watch them fight.

Speaker 2:

Can Connor get get get to that weight class? I was just going to ask that yeah.

Speaker 1:

No, no, they're not going to fight each other, they're going to be on the same car. He's like let's do a show together as a lot yeah. Yeah, like Sean.

Speaker 5:

O'Malley versus Sean O'Malley in a car or something, just to make me with that dude, because God damn.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because that's what I, that's what I had thought at first, and then I clicked on the, I clicked on the article and then I was like, oh you click bait, bitches Got me. I want to share a pay per view card with Sean O'Malley. So we'll see what happens, bro, but everyone is coming out of the Woodwork Bros and everyone wants a piece of the sugar. So sugar show including Marabdabash. Really do check out the show. Really do check out this tweet. I'm not even going to read it because it's so offensive. Who wants to read it? Not?

Speaker 2:

one, two, three, not eight. One, two, three, not eight. Yeah, anyways, go ahead.

Speaker 1:

So he just says but he says, just wait till I get my hands on this six nine looking ass and we're inward. I ain't losing to a drug addict on gang inward.

Speaker 4:

And what the fuck.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

I don't know if this was like a day later or a couple of days later. Maybe he like settled down and and realize what he was saying or what he did, but then he comes out with this video. Bros, check it out.

Speaker 3:

I'm the number one contender after my stomach and yeah, like I said, I'm just telling you you should fight the next for the bird very much and I'm the next guy, Even if I have to wait one year. I'm just going to wait one year, as is right now. As the division stands, you're no longer interested in the Henry Sehudo fight. You want to wait for the title fight? Yeah, I want to wait for title fight and yeah, after I do, we'll do this business and go up with the weight class and I will be waiting. I will say, even if it takes me to wait for one year or more, and I will just wait. You know, like like Edwards man, leon Edwards, he don't fight nobody and then I know we're the fighters. But like now I can businessmen and I'm good financial really, I don't have to fight for money and everything. I will wait, even takes one year or two, and I can work all dash, make some.

Speaker 1:

All right man. So, dude, he's getting out of the way, mistake or not?

Speaker 2:

I don't know, man. I mean it'd be a good fight, but I think there's better fights.

Speaker 1:

I would love to see him and Henry yeah right. I love that fight and it kind of like it made it saddens me a little bit that he's not interested in and he's like no, I'm just going to wait which he has every right to you know I mean he's, he's dude he is. He's been steamrolling everybody, he's been put up against, he's gotten taken some major, major damage. You know what I mean. He needs a break. I'm down with that. But by letting Aljo creep back in like dude, we're going to be like, well, they're not going to fight and I'm sure they won't fight in December, because that's what's what is he afraid of him?

Speaker 5:

or no, he's not afraid he's just like it's just like.

Speaker 1:

It's just like if me and you were going for the same job and then they offered you the job and I'm like, well, I'm not going to even apply for the job because you deserve the job, so I'll wait. I'll wait till there's another opening. That's what he's doing.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, but this is them and me. This is like. That's what I'm.

Speaker 1:

That's super noble of him. You know what I mean. Maybe, like there's probably more to this. You know what I mean. Like this, like this goes beyond homies, you know what I mean. Maybe he like helped him get some help him with his visa, or helped him get a house, or helped his family out somehow and he's like I'm going to do anything to repay you. So that's what I would imagine.

Speaker 5:

They just maybe they must have like a super, super friendship.

Speaker 1:

What's that?

Speaker 5:

Maybe he's dating his sister or something he's like yeah, exactly Something like that, dude.

Speaker 1:

You know, you know, all right. So then, if it's not going to be Marab, how about pure yarn? Oh, I like to see that I'll have to happen sooner or later, and pure young, that'd be cool. I mean, that's an option that I wouldn't put this at the top of my list. Pure yarn versus Sean O'Malley rematch, but I wouldn't be mad at it either. Yeah.

Speaker 5:

Right. Especially since everyone had that controversy over it For reals for reals yeah.

Speaker 4:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

And so then, this was sugar after the fight last weekend doing his post fight interview Right Mining his own business. Hey, precious.

Speaker 6:

Serious, what do?

Speaker 3:

you say how you doing Good to go now.

Speaker 6:

Good to go.

Speaker 1:

What would you want to bend to me at what time? Because I think you absolutely suck.

Speaker 3:

What do you weigh?

Speaker 1:

Go ahead.

Speaker 2:

Carry on with the interview Go ahead.

Speaker 3:

Okay, he's crazy. No one takes that dude serious. He's going to be smiling, laughing. He's not even like taking that serious.

Speaker 1:

You know, I honestly want to ask you that question.

Speaker 3:

Didn't see that he was standing there, so I hope it didn't cause a bit of a ruckus there, that little person out of here.

Speaker 1:

I take offense to that. Sean, stop taking little jabs.

Speaker 5:

Are you sure that this is from this past fight? Because I feel like I saw that after a previous fight on Instagram.

Speaker 1:

I don't think so Because he had his hair like this last week, so and it just I always had his hair like that yeah, crazy, right, yeah, yeah there you go, I also have cheeto.

Speaker 6:

It isn't Spanish.

Speaker 1:

But we got to translate it.

Speaker 6:

He says that you know that you didn't beat him. We're going to read it again. The truth is, we can all read what we want to say, we can all say what we want to say, but at the end of the day, things are how they are. I won. I can put thousands of excuses in the world, my life is still going on, my career is still going up. So what he says I'm going to pass it on to the games.

Speaker 3:

I'm going to tell you now about my career keeps going forward, keeps going and whatever happened in the past stays in the past.

Speaker 6:

What he says it happens to me through the games. Forgive me.

Speaker 3:

Explodit.

Speaker 1:

Well for the cheeto. I didn't want to repeat that. Did we lose cousin there right now?

Speaker 2:

Oh, okay, he stuck on smiling. Yeah, so, frank, what did cheeto say for everybody who didn't get that joke?

Speaker 1:

So basically he just said, like hey, you know what they asked him. Like hey, he's saying that you're not going to beat him in the rematch and that you, you know blah, blah, blah. And he's like I don't care, he could say whatever he wants and I'm going to wipe my balls with whatever he says so yeah, cheeto's ready, bro. I went back and been what looking through cheetos back catalog of fights. Dude, he has been in the UFC for a long ass time and he's only 30. So he's barely like getting into his prime.

Speaker 2:

But I think it's, you think it's, it's. Uh, he's got what it takes to you to be a next champ.

Speaker 1:

I don't know, I don't see champ in him. I see him as a contender definitely, but I just I mean he's just slow starter duty and you're not going to finish everybody Like you're going to finish everybody on your way up, but when you get to that last 1% of the guys, you have to finish off finishes people, you know you see them, we see them, but we don't see them all the time. Do you think sugar would would knock him out? No, I don't think he would knock him out. I don't think Sean would knock him out, but I think he would out point him for sure. And in a five round fight he's just going to keep stacking those points, you know, round after round after round. But the thing that favors cheeto is that he punches just as hard in round five as he doesn't round ones, cause he, he puts people's he can put people's lights out, and he's done it, and he's done it more times in five round fights than in three round fights. So you guys know he always, everyone knows he starts off super slow, you know, and slowly starts to pick it up because by the time he gets to round three, round four, round five, dude, he's been beating your guts up. He's been, you've been shocked with your arms. You've been getting hit in the head like crazy. You've been taking crazy leg kicks, you know, and that wears you down, you know. Uh, cheeto did an interview with Luke Thomas on the combat show this last week and one of the questions that Luke asked him was what do you think about Sean's durability, like, do you think he's built for this? Do you think he's too frail Cause? Remember when they fought he jacked up his ankle or his leg and that's why he fell. And then cheeto just pounced on him and dropped, finished him with those elbows. Have you guys watched that fight recently?

Speaker 4:

Check it out.

Speaker 1:

It's free to watch on YouTube UFC and Espanol. But uh, yeah, dude, he like I don't know what happened. It kind of looks like Sean was backtracking a little bit and he twisted his ankle, kind of like, and then after that he wasn't able to put full pressure on it. And then he did try to step on it, and then he just goes down. And when he goes down, cheeto goes right into his guard dude, throws a couple punches and then throws an elbow that hits Sean, and Sean does one of these and and while he's doing that cheeto's already got another blow coming and it wakes him up. And then after that another elbow comes and then he does this again, and then that's when the ref jumps in, but not before cheeto lands one more.

Speaker 3:

So it was a fluke.

Speaker 1:

It's a fluke injury for sure. I don't know how it happened. I don't know if he sustained that previously in the camp. I don't know if it was something cheeto did. I don't know if it was like oh, he just stepped wrong. You know what I mean. Total total shot himself in the foot. Who knows? The only way to answer this, though, Is a rematch Right.

Speaker 2:

That would be more exciting one.

Speaker 1:

Oh, and it's got the storyline already. You know what I mean. It's got a good story like dude. If, if Shawn wins and he gets his revenge and he proves everybody wrong, if Cheetah wins, then you know what I mean. He, he's the underdog. He said he did exactly what he said he was gonna do come in to bang and win. He don't care what people say, he don't care if you're cheering or booing him. He's gonna fight the same round one, two, three, four and five and unfortunately, sometimes I think that that shoots him in the foot. Yeah, and what did he say against Beth going into the better munoz fight? He said he's gonna step on the gas more. Do you guys think that he did that? You guys think he was more active? I didn't think so either. I didn't think so either, remember, because I was telling you I was like do the same old cheetah, but apparently on the stat sheets he was landing because he did out strike him like a MF, her. So yeah, oh yeah, I'm gonna have to go back and watch that fight, but the one thing that I did notice was when they were about to announce the scorecards, you could tell who got into a fight and who did it right, yeah, yeah All right, all right. So one last thing. I didn't read this last. This was a an MMA junkie tweet. Cheeto said this is Cheeto talking to Sean, because Sean said it says Sean's torn on the idea of granting annoying Marlin Vera a rematch for the title. Just the way he acts, he's so annoying. He's not funny and he tries to be. He's so ugly. He dresses like an idiot. It's like God, do I really have to give this guy an opportunity? But I'm like I'll probably just go out there and whoop his ass and make a lot of money. And then Cheeto responded by shut up you, white trash, piece of shit. That's building the storyline, guys. Building up the story.

Speaker 5:

Okay. So let's just say devils advocate this, they do this fight first. Then you have, let's say, sean does win, sean win, then what? Then? You're gonna send Peter yon after him, but does that look like you taking a step.

Speaker 1:

He would be taking a step back If he fought Peter yon after fighting Cheeto yeah, I think you're right, cuz I think that I know I think they're just gonna do this fight. They should do this fight first of all right, yeah, yeah it might be perfect timing because, really, who should be gaining a shot should be Corey Sandhagen. If Rob's not gonna get it, it should be Corey Sandhagen, and Corey is is injured right now, so it's perfect. This gives him time to keel up and then, yeah, that's this spot, and then Corey can fight. The winner of this.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, yeah. I'm just saying, I think, I think, if, if he were to fight Cheeto Now and then he wins, you know, say he wins, he stays the champion, and then to fight Peter yon, I feel like he'd be taking a step backwards. To fight Peter yon, or is I think they usually fight. Peter yon, first clear up that mess. For the last thing, I was clear I did win, yada yada. All right, now let's make this this story. Now You're fighting an actual champ, you know, cuz I've already defended my title once. The final champ. Let's do this. I'm gonna show that I am number one. I mean, I've kind of feel like that would be the way to do it. That'd be another route for sure, right, yeah, all right.

Speaker 1:

Well, guys, what do you? Guys think about my boy, connor, here, bro, they're doing Connor dirty. They're like now you can't fight bro. So this is Connor. Earlier in the week they're not going to let me fight in December. Ladies and gentlemen, I feel like I'm being kept from my livelihood and I've been feeling this for years. How the f? Is Connor supposed to pay for that Lamborghini boat guys?

Speaker 5:

Stop giving away money.

Speaker 1:

How the f is Connor supposed to pay for that yacht with the swimming pool and the helicopter pad in the back? Stop giving away money like stop looking up Bax. This is just him trying to play victim dude. I thought this was funny. I wanted to share with you guys.

Speaker 2:

It's like how come they don't let me join the? You saw the pool. I'm still fucking shooting up real quick.

Speaker 1:

All right, still pissing fire.

Speaker 5:

Why aren't they looking? Let me fight.

Speaker 1:

Let me bang, bro, let me bang. How about this next? I found this clip on reddit. You know there's been a lot of heat coming out with the new antitrust lawsuit and fighter pay news coming out, so this is like a. This is a video of a chef Showing kids how they make chicken nuggets, but there's overlays of like. All right, this is the UFC contract, these are UFC fighters, these are this and that, so check it out.

Speaker 4:

Some of the processed foods that you love are made from the bits you don't like bone, all the connective tissues, little bits of bone marrow and stuff like that. They even add chicken skin. Put a load of chicken skin in here as well. It looks like shit, you know flavoring in there to make it taste of something nice instead of something horrible. We can get a cutter and cut out our very own patty just like that, put some breadcrumbs on it and there you go, ladies, gentlemen, our very own performance bonuses Take a who wants everybody, everybody raises their hand.

Speaker 1:

Essentially in this video guys like Rap that is made up of that makes up chicken nuggets and he's comparing it. Whoever made these videos, comparing the crap to UFC, business contracts and all that, and at the end of the day, even though they're still awful, everyone raises their hand and still wants to participate, so it's almost like they're stuck dude Like do you want to fight in the best league against the best fighters or do you want to go get paid?

Speaker 5:

But I think at the same time, like when you think about UFC, these guys, that they go to UFC, become champions there. I mean they really yeah, I mean other than their contracts or while they're fighting, but when they Leave the, you see there. So I feel like there's so much more well known, so much. They got so many, so many more opportunities for when they're out and they're at their gym and they have their name and all that other stuff that I feel like they don't really get that from the, the other leagues that maybe pay a little bit more. You guys agree or no?

Speaker 2:

I mean, it can depends on who you are, man, because not everybody gets that same deal, you know. I mean, like you get, people, you just don't like yeah, you had some awesome champs that just never I look at them.

Speaker 1:

They never gave a shit about Demetrius, and he was. He's the goat of UFC, bro.

Speaker 4:

Right, but I think a little bit of both.

Speaker 1:

UFC has UFC. Like you, this is kind like to me. This is an equal partnership. Like, yeah, yeah, the UFC provides a platform for them to show their skills, but then the UFC wouldn't be as big as it is if They'd like. Are you watching UFC because it's UFC? Are you watching UFC because of the fighters? You're watching because of the fighters like right.

Speaker 5:

But I also know that if I watch, you see I'm gonna get. I feel like I'm gonna get the best fighters.

Speaker 2:

You know what I mean.

Speaker 6:

I don't know.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, you see, these fighters are like they're. They're in these other leagues doing great anything, but they're all like, oh, I still want to go to the UFC. I still, like you said, with those guys, the little kids with the chicken nuggets. Oh, I know, you know I'm better off here.

Speaker 2:

This is, but I want the you know, I want to be the UFC champion yeah, so. It's the big leagues, it's the big leagues of MMA versus, you know your, your hometown league, you know what I mean. Like you're, you're your Farm league or whatever it might be. You know me like. So yeah, it is. It is a big show, so it makes sense. Yeah that that people want to go there. That's the reason people watch, but at the same time I just don't. I think it's more one-sided.

Speaker 1:

Definitely. That's why that's all the UFC right.

Speaker 2:

Then for the fighters like yeah, it's. I mean they're not reciprocating the way it should be.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, but I mean I think that we I think that happens in a lot of things. I mean, doesn't that happen with like colleges and stuff like that too? I mean you got like you can go to medical school at UCLA or Harvard or something like that, but you're gonna the bot, the human body is not changing. You can go to some medical school and some other college, whatever and You're gonna learn. You're gonna learn the same procedures, the same basic medical Techniques and everything same. The body's not changing. But oh, you graduated from Harvard, oh yeah thank you.

Speaker 4:

Yeah, you're right.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, good name you know. So I feel like that happens in a lot of things. You know, not just the, you see it, but you know, I think so, but you know.

Speaker 1:

But if you're a hardcore like us, like you know who the real ones are like you're gonna tune in, watch the badass mothers, mother Effors, whether it's UFC, one championship, bellator, you know what I mean. Like even PFL's got some bangers, guys like last week's PFL show was sick. I haven't even gone through all of it. There are like nine fights and it took like barely two hours, dude. So they're a little blasted through them because they were just getting finished after finish, after finish. But the backtrack me and father were talking about this lawsuit last week and we were saying like it sounds like it's gonna take a long time for stuff to come out. But I don't think so, dude.

Speaker 2:

I was gonna say now it seems like it's speeding up.

Speaker 1:

They're speeding up. They're talking about maybe like January, february and before then they're gonna start unleashing, opening up emails, text messages, all kinds of stuff, and it is not looking good for UFC. They are panicking right now, bro.

Speaker 5:

So I mean so with all the. With all the people that didn't come out or didn't you know, here you guys, this episode last week. You want to talk over what quickly, what, what the lawsuit is or what it's addressing.

Speaker 1:

This is for like the fighters back, like during a Certain era, if you fought for the UFC and you were like so what's gonna end up coming out with these emails Is they're saying that the managers of these fighters were working with the UFC to make deals for the UFC instead of Helping their own fighters.

Speaker 5:

Oh, like dog.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, they're just like steam wall and I'm like, hey, man, this is just take this deal, this is a good deal, and blah, blah, blah, you know.

Speaker 2:

And then I like, just like other stuff that we know happens, like a like high-pressure taxis. In force Fighters take a fight, yeah, you know, what I mean they're not ready for or wanting to certainly take Okay, kind of bullying him to sign a new contract, you know, and Just stuff like that. You know I mean, and not just the stuff that in Gandhi was talking about as well, you know. I mean like the not not have, not being exclusive or being exclusive to USC, but also being what is it called? Subcontractor?

Speaker 4:

yeah, like employees you know, I mean okay, yeah, so like you know, they're yeah they're treated in depending contractors independent contractors.

Speaker 2:

There you go. So like it's, it's, it's like both, like I don't get it Any benefits as of an employee, but the US he does. But then you have see, does right, then I. But I'm not exclude, I have to be exclusive to you. I can't just go and fight anywhere else, yeah so it, just all that stuff. So it's all part of that lawsuit and the significant part is that is class action, meaning that, like it's, it applies to every fighter that was active during that era automatically. So this is like hundreds of fighters that are included in this lawsuit. People in opt out, but they're automatically opted in, which means that it just it makes it a bigger lawsuit and a lot more can come from it Versus just one person you know, suing the UFC. Yep, and it was fun.

Speaker 1:

Super it was. You made a really good point earlier, because when you said like hey, are these guys known because they're fighting in the UFC or are they known because they're good fighters, you know? I mean like, do you think that Connor McGregor's whiskey took off because it tasted good, or because it was Connor McGregor, or because McGregor fought in the UFC?

Speaker 5:

I Think it was because Connor McGregor fought in the UFC, because Connor McGregor could have by been a great fighter somewhere else and less people only like the real people that follow like MMA are Really gonna know who that guy is and then know like, oh, I want to drink. Look.

Speaker 2:

I think it's kind of hard to tell man. It's one of those like chicken or egg type of a deal, just because, look, connor McGregor got to where he'd be because of the UFC and because he's kind of a Gregor. Yes, I mean like it's a little bit of both you. Yeah, he doesn't show a little advice to the UFC, right yeah.

Speaker 1:

He was not on those little shows that when nobody knew who Dustin Poirier was, when no one who knew I mean people still don't know who Dennis Sever is do better fighters in Bellator. So Connor could have made better highlight reels against other fighters and possibly could have made a name for himself. Still, you know what I mean If you're, if you talk loud enough, the eyes and ears, everyone's gonna tune in. Everyone wants to see a guy get his ass worked and that's what was basically happening with Connor. You know, mm-hmm, ever since Connor Made his whiskey and cashed out like that, the UFC was like. They were kind of thinking like cousin Ed, and they're like, hey, wait a minute, we we're letting money, we're letting this money go right through our hands. So they change this clause in fighters deals were now this is almost like WWE tactics, dude. This is kind of super fucked up where they're like a. But it makes more sense in WWE because in WWE You're a character that the you are the WWE created. You know. I mean like you're curating right. It's your way, johnson is the rock, but the rock was created by WWE writers, even though he is the persona of the rock. So I kind of get that. But Conor McGregor, like Conor McGregor is Conor McGregor. Like how can the UFC take something that's his even though he made it? He made his name with them? Like that doesn't make sense to me.

Speaker 5:

That's what I mean it's that kind of thing is like they do like at the like I know they do it with like the government, like in the government, especially, like you were saying, independent contractors. But we're like you could be on the job and let's say I'm I'm using, like I'm issued some kind of equipment, some kind of gear, and I'm like you know what? This thing doesn't work for me, this doesn't work for real life, and I alter it and I change something and I'm like you know what this is gonna work, this works, and I start using it and then my buddy started and then I eventually like, alright, I'm gonna start selling it. That's actually in the contracts where they own the rights to it, because you worked for them when you, you know you developed whatever you develop, that belongs to them and, yeah, they own the rights, they own everything for it.

Speaker 1:

They get all the person. I could totally see that.

Speaker 2:

Here's a deal, but you're talking about equipment, right, you're talking about equipment that was Issue to you. No, no, no.

Speaker 5:

I'm saying like this article you get something and you're just saying this doesn't work. And then you create something, you build something, design it, build it, put it together. It's gonna do the same Job is whatever that it thing was. That you got issue, but it's just, it's your own design, it's your own thing. You know, um, it's your own Idea and you put it together. You made the blueprint, you made all that, and then you build it and you start using it.

Speaker 1:

That that whoever company that you work for, they own it and you signed, I'm sure there's some companies that have that built into their contracts, where if you create something while you work for them especially that I know that goes for, like a lot of coders, people in the tech industry if you create something while you're working for them, that's shit stairs, bro.

Speaker 5:

But this yeah.

Speaker 2:

That's me on a regular. Uncle Dan and uncle Hwaco, they're gonna help me out. That's a good idea.

Speaker 1:

We should totally hook that up. We need a forties with friends for sure, but like to me this is like okay, so Conor McGregor, yeah, he made his name in the UFC, but now he's selling this whiskey and the whiskey doesn't have anything to do with UFC, like it's not even fighter related.

Speaker 4:

So how can they?

Speaker 6:

stick your hands yeah to me like that's.

Speaker 1:

That's just being greedy, that's overstepping their boundaries, and More so the fact this kind, like this deals, you know. I don't know if the antitrust lawsuit has anything to do with this, but someone's got to do something about this, because that's Horrible, dude, like well, I wonder what were, what were to happen if a fighter were to leave the UFC like Francis is gone, who's gone, you know? Like cousin and says he's not gonna fight the caliber of fighters. He was able to fight in the UFC, right cuz. Right, we're never gonna see a Francis versus John Jones. That would break the pay-per-view records for sure, so he's gonna fight these scrubs, but he's still Francis and Five years for now, three years from now, whenever he retires, and then he opens a Hamburger chain like does the UFC get a piece of that?

Speaker 2:

He doesn't have a contract, so he doesn't but other fighters.

Speaker 1:

I'm saying like you know, I mean like how many, how many years have to pass before you can create something and then make Um, make money off of it? But then your waist, you're losing time because as time passes, people forget about you, you know. So yeah, you're not gonna be as popular as you were when you were fighting, so yeah, or even they're just like whatever happened to him, like even Francis they're gonna like.

Speaker 5:

I haven't heard from him since that last ordeal where he wanted like money for the UFC fighters and there is a possibility him going to another fight league. I haven't heard anything about him.

Speaker 1:

Pretty soon he's gonna be boxing pretty soon, so we'll see him. He's gonna be boxing Tyson Fury.

Speaker 6:

Yeah, we'll hear about it.

Speaker 5:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

All right, guys. So this is just a little like what do you call it? When you feel like you've been through something already, it's happening. You're like oh dude, this deja vu. This is like what happened to pride FC, bro, it's happening all over again. Tell us what's going on. Why did pride FC go down? Because they were hooked up with Yakuza making backroom deals, you know, skimming money off the top, extorting people, doing crazy shit. Well, now the same stuff is apparently happening to rising bro. So I didn't get a chance to hear or see the press conference. I haven't read anything about it. So tune in next week. I should have an update for everybody, but it's not looking good. It's the same thing, guys people getting arrested already, they're covering up stuff and there's those ties to Yakuza man. All right. So here we got cousin Ed's metal moly. As you guys know, we're like 20 days out from the rematch. Alexa Grasso, valentina bullish of Chango and you know the. The backtake, the rear naked, choke everyone. A lot of people were saying that it was a fluke, that she got lucky. But I beg to differ. Guys, check out this video. So here's the backtake from the fight. She takes it slowly, works in that rear naked, but check this out. This is Her. Earlier she saw the spinning back kick, she backed up and then she just timed it. The first, the first time.

Speaker 2:

First couple times she backed up and Once once she kind of figured out the time she was going to be here. Once once she kind of figured out the timing, she was able to gauge the distance and instead of backing up, she went forward.

Speaker 1:

Right, she just waited for the for the lake to pass her, and then she immediately ran in. So check this out in the training room. That's it.

Speaker 5:

No, mm-hmm, yeah, they were practicing that. I remember she said that after the fight that she had been practicing it. Then I think, like the next day, they aired that video of her training and and showing that she practiced. They knew that she threw that back kick, so she practiced doing that sick.

Speaker 1:

Killers man drillers mean killer. So looking forward to the rematch. Good dudes gonna be a good one oh. Yeah all right. So how about this guys? Last week, ian, gary, ian Machado, gary, memory took his wife's. I know, I know, grandma. I know, but uh, dude he's calling for a fight against Kamzat Chamiyev in Ireland. Now Kamzat Kamzat hasn't fought in over a year and he's moving up to 185. I don't know if he's been bulking up or he's just been training. Probably been bulking up. So there's, and I think he's even been removed from the Walter weight ranking. So he's not gonna be going back to the Walter weight division anytime soon. So is this Ian Gary just blown smoke up our butts, trying to make himself seem better, better and better than he really is, or is he?

Speaker 2:

really that dude? No, I think so. I mean he might believe the smoke a little bit right, but I think more than anything he's trying to make a name for himself, he's trying to get himself more out. I mean, and that's that's kind of the nature of a lot of the writers now they're they're trying to make noise because they see how how much, how well it works for others, right.

Speaker 1:

Yes, and then he said he wants to get it next.

Speaker 5:

Say that again because didn't he say that he wanted to be the next Conor McGregor. So I mean I'll pause, I'll be on point. You know he's trying to make a name for himself and he's trying to do it like Conor McGregor, you know, did by just calling out everyone and saying I'm the best and everything like that, just writing his own training.

Speaker 1:

He's even, he's even being used to the whole deal you know, yeah, that's right, that's right. So how do you, how do you think this one would play out if they were to go down? First of all, Chamiah wouldn't make way. Second of all, what?

Speaker 2:

would happen. Fucking just that, that gift that you have playing on.

Speaker 1:

right now it comes up.

Speaker 2:

Smash, yeah, just smash him the whole, the whole fight.

Speaker 1:

Take my money, I'm down. Would you be like I'm not gonna match it to you? Yeah, I think I'd watch it.

Speaker 5:

I think I'd watch it just for the possibility that, just to be proven wrong, like like McGregor did. And when he first came out I was like, oh man, I want, I was gonna knock him out Like I'm right, alright, he's done, you know whatever. And then all of a sudden like what the fuck.

Speaker 2:

He just was on a on a roll for me. For me it would be like kind of like, if you ask me, like y'all want to see a dead body.

Speaker 1:

You know I was like it's almost like when we were in elementary school or middle school and you knew there's gonna be a fight and you knew one dude was just gonna get trashed, so you're like, bro, there's someone's gonna die, let's go check this out. It's gonna be thick, Ian's gonna get smashed Guys, Ian might die. So we gotta go. So, moving on, there is a high possibility that Michael Venom Page of Bellator could be getting signed and coming over to the UFC. You guys stoked about this?

Speaker 5:

No, what about you? I'm not.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah. I mean, look, he's got a good track record, why not? And like, let's see what we can do. Here's the deal, man. I think a lot of the divisions are kind of getting stale.

Speaker 1:

Let me see what you got Wait 170.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so. Gary having having some fresh, fresh blood in it is. It's good man, even if at least initially it can shake it up a little bit. Get some, get some more competition going. At least for that it would be good. And look, depending on how he does, it could really cause a big stir. So yeah, I don't see anything I'm cool with it.

Speaker 5:

I'm like, if he does, depending on how he does, he could really, you know, it could really turn things up. But I think, with watching that the UFC show, the tough thing and how we saw or we heard about pretty much half the fighters coming from you know, Bellator or some other fight league or whatever and then coming over to the UFC and then like really they won maybe one, two fights and then that was like it and then they had to do that. I think it's put like a a sour taste in my mouth about, you know, watching someone who's doing really well over at another league coming over to the UFC and thinking they're going to like start steam rolling through.

Speaker 1:

So I think that I think I'm a little biased because of that, I think I would have been more excited about this, like 10 years ago, when, when he was like at his peak, because he's he's towards the end of his career, for sure, but I'm still excited to see you know, I'm not even paid versus a Wonder Boy, that's always been like dude that would be a really good like.

Speaker 5:

There's some good matchups for him here, you know, okay, it might not be a champ, but there's a lot of interesting matches.

Speaker 1:

Like you don't want to put him up against Shofcott, that'd be that's the slaughter dude you don't want to do that. That's ridiculous. Give him someone that he doesn't strike up against. Give him someone who's gonna make a highlight real for the UFC. That's what the UFC wants and that's what I asked the guys to create a sticker for Korean zombie or Max Holloway, because in that created the Korean zombie sticker on the screen. Fonzo gave it his all with his drawing. Good job, fonzo.

Speaker 4:

You're a good boy, it's a masterpiece. You should get that on your back.

Speaker 2:

I already what do you think that inspiration?

Speaker 4:

came from.

Speaker 2:

Oh, that's a good one. I'll post this on IG later on and take time for everybody, you definitely got to see this.

Speaker 1:

This is sick Dude. Is that a man bun on Max yeah?

Speaker 2:

That's how I picture it. That's what he's going to be rocking it the next time we fight. Right on Right on, I like that, I like that, I like that.

Speaker 1:

I like that. I like that.

Speaker 6:

Yeah, the next time we fight.

Speaker 1:

Right on, right on. I like that belly tattoo sick. All right, guys, I'm not going to go over all of the fights, just some of them. You know, going over the main card here Junior Toppa, parker Porter we got a highlight reel for that, so we'll go over that. I don't have anything on the Aaron Blanchfield. I'm going to check it out. Three rounds of ladies kicking major ass. Talia Santos took everything Aaron Blanchfield had and more. But Blanchfield got tested, guys. She got tested and she pulled through. You know what I mean. So, uh, I don't know if this is going to like guarantee her a title shot. If anything, this might have exposed some of the things she might need to work on, you know, because she could not finish this girl. She could not. She had a really hard time getting her down. She got jacked up around for sure. I thought she she lost round one Could have been super close. I thought Aaron lost, but she got beat up in that first round for sure. Uh, the next fight up Rinya Nakamura taking on Ferney Garcia. Rinya ends up getting the unanimous decision almost pulled off a sub. So Rinya is an up and comer. Some nice six scrambles. There's some good jujitsu in this one, especially at the end of round three, because look, if you go back and watch, if you go back and watch this watch when Rinya goes for an arm bar from guard, and then watch the scramble that ensues. Okay, super good, super good. Uh, right after that, giga Chikazi taking on Alex uh, casavis, that's how Luke Thomas pronounces, I guess that's how you're supposed to be saying it. And this was a three round war also. Uh, it was, I guess, giga one. He did get the unanimous decision victory, but Alex was landing some shots, guys, giga. At no time in this fight was Alex in trouble or in danger of being finished. But yeah, he was sneaky dude. He was landing some sneaky back spinning backfists, some sneaky right hands, uh, but Giga was lighting them up with the leg kicks and landing some shots of his own. So do you?

Speaker 2:

think this Alex performance did anything for his rankings is right now he's 15.

Speaker 1:

I don't know if it's going to move him up in the rankings, but he's probably going to be in the on the good side of the UFC and he'll probably get a favorable matchup in his next fight, cause I thought he did pretty good man. Uh, after the fight, giga called out Yair. Though I'm like bro, you barely, you barely got back, you got, you barely passed Alex Chill, I'm down to watch, though that would be a ass whooping. I think Yair will light him up.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and that's what you need. He needs a bounce back fight, and that would be good, so yeah, yeah, for sure. All right, uh, co-main event was Anthony Smith. Ryan Spahn I'm going to ask you guys to go back and watch this fight, cause I think that Ryan Spahn one. They gave the split decision victory to Anthony Smith and then he got on the mic and started talking about Alex. I don't know if he called him out, but that is bad news for Anthony Smith. Dude, he got jacked up in this fight. He took a beating, so you think he should have gone.

Speaker 5:

The other way.

Speaker 1:

I think so. I think so. I'm going to go back and watch it again, but I thought that Ryan Spahn did enough to win for sure. And then, main event max Holloway, korean zombie. I got a clip for that. We'll get into that in just a bit, alright. So this was a fight on the prelims, yasuka Kenoshita taking on Billy Goff. Billy Goff a new addition to the UFC, I believe. But dude, he put on a beatdown on this one. So check this out. Goff is in the black shorts, measuring his distance, throwing some punches out there, and then check out body shots.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, dude, I love that they heard him dude like he's he was another one, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Three body shots, yeah, oh, drop them. So Goff gets the round one finish and he just was rain. Do those body shots right like right in the complexes, as they would say, back in the WWF days one, two, look back to back shots at the end, dude, yeah, yeah, what ended up dropping them.

Speaker 5:

So see what he does, next maybe like what's that, and that's why I think so.

Speaker 1:

Oh yeah, I'm pretty sure yeah how about this next one guys junior Toppa versus Parker Porter?

Speaker 5:

so Parker oh, that's a real.

Speaker 1:

These are real fighters oh yeah, oh yeah, this guy already got you're not watching this.

Speaker 5:

And you're not watching, just listening. You got to come watch the show because I thought this was fake. This looks like Freddie Mercury and I can't believe it's an alternate universe.

Speaker 1:

Parker the big boys up against the cage. Parker Porter has junior Toppa pressed up against it, but then Toppa reverses it, it's man spider man spider reverse it, man, some shots to the gut. Parker tries to throw a knee and then Toppa lands that overhand elbow dude. And that might have been to be so. Look those right, oh man. So now Parker Porter has been KO'd by both of the Toppa brothers in the UFC look at that. One elbow one right, two right, three rights or rights, yeah, oh, when elbow an uppercut and a right hand and then he just goes down fellas came over. I think that was an earth. Was that in round one, yep round one finish dude check out right here look at this nice uppercut he lands right up, the gut dude right up the middle, got a street up cut he looks a lot skinnier in his photo.

Speaker 5:

I'm just gonna say that's why it looked like Freddie Mercury. For a second all right guys.

Speaker 1:

Hey, main event max hallway versus Korean zombie. I gotta say that I was not looking forward to this, because I knew that this was gonna happen. And what am I talking about? Let me just show you. Korean zombie. Korean zombie going a war with max hallway. You know how there's like people do, like death by cop, like hey, come and get me, I'm going out this is death. This is death by max hallway.

Speaker 6:

Yeah it looks like a photo, he just goes out on his shield, dude zombie don't give a rip.

Speaker 1:

Look at him. He goes right after max, keeps, even though max is clipping him, he keeps coming in and he keeps trying to throw the zombie.

Speaker 5:

Yes, and look at that right hand, that right hand just yeah, they felt that in Korea that was a tsunami.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I mean he gave it his all dude round three. He had a big old mouse over that right eye but it wasn't. It wasn't enough. Man was not enough. Max gets to finish round three and yeah, he's done so he was a very emotional ending for Korean zombie. He like he got his post-fight interview in the cage and then he hugged his trainers dude, I like I was watching it and I was like I'd never seen anybody exit the cage with so much emotion, like you could see the pain, like he didn't. He doesn't want to call it a career, but he's like it's time and he knows it, you know. So this was a Korean zombie leaving the cage for the last time.

Speaker 2:

Hold on, hold on. We gotta do a shot, people.

Speaker 1:

Korean zombie shout out. Thank you for all the memories, bro. He's a WEC old school vet, bro, he had a war with Leonard Garcia back in the day. Man, he's. He's always been one of my favorites, one of my all-time favorites and one of the all-time sickest logos that an MMA fighter has ever created, even though they ripped that shit off of from him. Motherfuckers. Hey, salute Korean zombie. Thank you, bro. Check out this emotional exit and listen to the crowd.

Speaker 5:

Yeah, I know, man, how good was that dang, I didn't know that hunger was gonna be there what's your guys favorite?

Speaker 2:

you guys have a favorite Korean zombie moment shit man, you gotta put us on the spot like that right my sorry.

Speaker 5:

I mean, the only ones I really remember are like the last, the last knockout, and now this knockout I'll never forget. I mean, he's most known, I mean taking that crazy elbow from Yair remember yeah yeah, he took that.

Speaker 1:

But I most remember him for that first twister in the UFC dude hmm, that's right. He did do that, right, man? He's such a cool ass dude man. Just he always brought it. Every time he fought you knew you were gonna get 100%. I don't think he ever displayed. And don't forget, he took time off to serve in the Korean South Korean military for a little while. How many years was that? Yeah do two years or three years or?

Speaker 5:

they do for years I was in. I was actually in Korea, living and working in Korea when he was out there and I think that's probably would be my a good man like a good other, than being knocked out. I'm sorry, you know, no disrespect, but I think that would be like the one good memory because when I was out there looking, looking and training at the Jiu-Jitsu gyms in Korea, he came out and yeah yeah no. I didn't get to train with him, anything like that.

Speaker 6:

Like he came out and you know he's kind of just doing like like a meeting greet type of thing, and so I was like I got, I got to see him right.

Speaker 5:

So I didn't get like meet him or anything like that, but I think seeing him and be like okay, and everyone out there loved him. You know, everyone loved him and yeah, and they were talking about how he had to do his his time and some other people had to do their time he's a real one, dude, so this was him at the end of his bike laying his gloves on the mat and then hugging his wife at the very end.

Speaker 1:

Dude like so you? You could just see the emotion in his face, man, you know. But bittersweet ending to a wonderful, wonderful career and I'm gonna try to work on a zombie highlight reel so that way you guys can have some memory moments everyone should have punches to freaking, just like, just tell me like cousin and said, dude, that that's how he got that name the zombie, because he would just walk home people's every like yeah the kitchen and he was, he would still be there, you know yeah yeah, he fought the best of the best man, he fought Volk, he fought Aldo, you know. Yeah, I mean when he did the UFC.

Speaker 5:

I mean, that was what 2000, 2011 dude got it right here look 11 I don't have this record.

Speaker 1:

My bad, I got it.

Speaker 2:

I got the record up here because he was in WEC at the end Leonard.

Speaker 1:

Garcia. Yeah, first year of C-fighting there you go, see, and that's when he did that twist so yeah, yeah, alright, guys, that was the last thing. I had anything you guys want to add before we wrap this up?

Speaker 2:

cuz Fonzo oh man got a lot of catch up to. I didn't get to watch his fight, so I gotta go back and watch him look if there was some great fights out there this early morning today. So gotta gotta catch up on those and I hope everybody out there gets to catch up on those and let us know what your thoughts are. And I'm looking forward. I'm looking forward to the next Parley show. That's gonna be hell of a coming up quick.

Speaker 1:

We're gonna be getting rid of already started. Yes, right because it adds working on a time machine to go into the future to get support to come back.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's my hoverboard, if you get there.

Speaker 5:

I'll be. I'll get three of them, one for all of us sweet not big all. They should have me again, cuz it's good being on here with you guys. I know I can't always make it, but it's always fun be on the show with you guys and just talk about and find out what's going on the MMA world and all the great stuff, man.

Speaker 1:

So good times hell, yeah, cuz, when you do me a favor, when you go to the future, if they have a catch up and Tabasco mixed in those in packets, they gotta have that in the future.
