Speaker 4:Well, now that cousin has dragged the show all the way back down to the ground, to the bad stuff, let's pick the show back up with some positive. We got none other than clubhouse Muay Thai. This actually wins this week coming up right.

Check out clubhouse Muay Thai for all their clips and videos on how their kids classes are running. And if you go back to the beginning, when they first started, dude, you will see those little kids are turning into little ninja Bro. The technique is on point. You can find them at clubhouse, underscore 559. Wanted to share with this. Actually, this was not supposed to. This was supposed to come first. Closed your eyes, fonzone. You're not supposed to see this. You're too cause you're not supposed to see this. I wanted to surprise you guys with this. All right, here we go Now. I three, two, all right, next story. I wanted to share this clip because this is fucking badass. You know you'll. We all been waiting for this because, like we said, we feel like boxing's heating up and this is like the cherry on top, alexander, or Alexander Rusek taking on Tyson Fury. Dude, check out this promo video. They cut RDR two vibes all day.
Speaker 1:Is any villages, whose time Then you dream? Ditzą lady shelter that's how I everyone is, do you think?
Speaker 4:I'm doing that, but you, that, you that has traced bullets his whole fam right there.
Speaker 1:Both men larger than life itself.
Speaker 4:Look at this. That's a smooth ass transition. Watch this dude. Check this out.
Speaker 1:It gets better. Look at this Damn.
Speaker 2:A mystery Beyond blood, sweat and fire and the mercy of the rough seas. Move by the gravity. Reliable, oh weak. Reliable, and the fish will speak a language louder than words. They will speak louder, and there is just one way to be remembered for all of eternity let's get ready to rumble.
Speaker 6:It is time to fight.
Speaker 4:Bruh, how sick was that. There's something for everyone in there. You like anime? Yup, that's in there. You like pirates? That's in there.
Speaker 5:You like samurai?
Speaker 4:That's in there, dude. You don't like it.
Speaker 3:You guys don't want to know why, but I'll tell you anyways. Classic. I liked the whole concept. I thought it was badass. But, come on, they did not look like I don't know, they looked gay. They looked gay as cowboys. They looked gay as when they came out as the gladiators. They didn't look tough until they were cartoons. They didn't look like cowboys, they were cartoons. Then I was like, oh, you can even look like a gay pirate. Come on, I love the whole concept, I love the whole thing, but do something with the fighter or something, because I was just like man. These two look fucking gay. They don't even look menacing.
Speaker 4:I didn't know. I've never heard that take. That's an interesting take. That's exactly where you went with that.
Speaker 5:But all right, Funko. What do you think, Bruh?
Speaker 4:If you're looking for green, you're going to find green. I didn't say I wasn't going to walk.
Speaker 3:I didn't say I wasn't going to walk.
Speaker 4:Well, I'm glad you said that because, unfortunately guess what guys? You're not going to walk.
Speaker 5:You're not going to walk Because you're going to have to wait a little bit longer for gay guys in
Speaker 4:the boxing ring. Check this out. Supposedly this is the clip that caused the cut, so check it out. It's fucked.
Speaker 1:You're going to walk too.
Speaker 4:You're going to walk, You're going to walk, You're going to walk. Oh well, you're in the left hand. Hmm, Whatever it was. Cause that gash up there and they're fighting like in less than two weeks. So the fight is off, guys. The fight is a nasty ass freaking gash man.
Speaker 5:Somebody said that online.
Speaker 4:People are saying he's following Charlie Olive's game plan Cause he didn't want to fight Oxy. Remember, he didn't want to fight Oxy for the longest dude. He dragged his feet, not to say that he's scared or not. I mean, it's total accident. I doubt that he did this on purpose, there's no way. But it's just. It sucks. It doesn't look good. Sorry, cause, you got to wait a little bit longer, all right. So here's what we wanted to talk about With Fonzo. I posted the. We talked about this on last week's show. Mian cause had a little I mean not really a debate, but a discussion. We're talking about Dan Hooker calling out Benial Darius After back to back Merck's. You know what I mean, cause he did get lose two times in devastating fashion, and both of them were in the first round. I want to say to how upper echelon competition, but Dan Hooker thinks he's ready for this. Dan Hooker thinks he's ready for this. I'm not sure if you're going to be able to get to the top. He's ready for this. Dan Hooker thinks he wants to test Benny, and so I posted this online, or I posted the clip where cause me and cause and I both thought that no way, dude, that's just way too much for Dan, like Benny would rush through him. One question hasn't been answered yet, though. Cause is we don't know how Benny's going to look after those back to back losses. He could totally he could be on lost two of seven. He could be like on a Tony Ferguson type Run right now, but we don't know. But at the moment, I'm going to say that, even though he's coming off back to back losses, I still think he'd be able to take out Dan Hooker maybe not finish him, but in a three round, five round battle, I think he could take him dude. Yeah. So I got Benny's resume dating back to 2017 up on the screen right now, and again I am. I do want to mention that he is coming off back to back losses, but I still feel that he's going to be able to take out the back losses, but I still feel like an 80% Benny beats Dan. Am I wrong? Yeah or right? Yeah, you know, I've looked at this online and everyone online is thinking the opposite.
Speaker 5:Benny, oh shit, I think, yeah, I mean that that does have a lot to do with it. Losses have a lot to do with this man. Like when people lose in this fashion, like when they get knocked out like this or stopped in this manner, like it does a lot for a fire. You know, and we've seen that time and time again. So I don't know, man, and you know Dan Hooker, he's had a mix of losses and wins recently, recently the two wins, so you might be like an upward swing right now. So he's got momentum, so that could be, you know, kind of give him in the edge. It's hard to say. If I was gonna bet on this fight, I would probably take the safe bet, whatever Vegas odds are.
Speaker 3:You know me like favorite.
Speaker 5:I yeah, I wouldn't like, I wouldn't Make my judgment, yeah.
Speaker 4:I don't know, man, that's, that's hard if I didn't know.
Speaker 5:I would just, I would just be like I'm just gonna enjoy the fight because it's gonna be a good fight anyways.
Speaker 4:Yes, I agree, and that's exactly what I kept saying every time someone commented on this. I was like you know what? You? You might be right, I might be right, but no matter what, it would be a great fight. So, looking at Benny's resume, going back to 2017, he's had four losses in total, and two of them like those Before the back-to-back losses. His last loss was to Alex Hernandez. It's not a very good one, because Alan even know if Alex Hernandez is in the UFC, but those are the current losses to Armand and Charles dude, that's upper echelon, that's top of the food chain in the UFC. And if we look at Dan's resume, he's got two, four, five, one, only one more loss. But even in Dan's wins, he's like Homer Simpson, dude. He like he's just outlasting everybody and that's not, that's not a good way to have a lengthy career. And Even though he's, he is coming off back-to-back losses. I mean back-to-back wins and you and fondly, you did mention he's got a lot of momentum coming on, especially after the Jalen Turner fight, you know, but I still don't see how he would even present any problems to be. I think he would just be a Punching bag for fire rounds. He's just gonna keep coming forward, dude, and he'll he'd end. I I don't know, I just don't see it. I don't know, I don't see it. And I know Benny got murk in his last two fights. But dude, dan also got murk big time. He did get the. I didn't rewatch Dustin, poor yane. Dan Hooker, have you guys remember that fight? Yeah, that was one of the early apex fights, but Dan Hooker was putting it on Dustin bro, he was putting it on him. And then the third round. I don't know if it was in the second round or the third round, but there would have been a little bit more. Hooker was about to land a devastating knee. That might have ended Dustin bro, and if they would, I had. I mean, and really honestly, dude, after watching that fight I kind of gave the fight to Dan three rounds to two. But I think what swayed the judges was Dan's face, because he was Bulk up and that's one thing that happens to him in all his fights Is he takes a lot of damage and he shows it. Man, arnold Allen beat the dog shit out of him, took him out in the first round, islam ragdoll them for about three minutes, almost three minutes before he decided to just rip his arm off. Michael Chandler Freakin snapped his fingers and made him disappear. Remember, he passed and then he was in that war with Dustin poyer. So I don't, I don't know, man, I don't know. I just I would love to see the fight. The only way we can really answer this question is if they fight. I just wanted to get you guys to take on that. What?
Speaker 5:do you guys Also? I, yeah, you're right. I think Darius has got more tools, right, he's got more tools to win, but the question is is gonna be able to use them? You know how? Yeah, I think that's the biggest under answer question. And all this if it wasn't for those two backs, back losses yeah, you're right, it'd be no, no no question, we're doing, basically we're doing MMA math right now right.
Speaker 3:All right. I think the best thing is to fight a chimpanzee and then see how they do.
Speaker 4:Hey, hey don't you dare take bone nickels idea, that's bold Plank cuz, don't you dare? All right, well, how about this? Let's watch this little clip little tiny Tom Asperna, he's waiting and waiting, and waiting and no one's listening.
Speaker 1:No blade has got a fight coming up against Al Maida. I Technically have a loss to blades in the UFC. I would like to get that one back and that's what makes sense for me personally right now. So I'm hearing some strong rumors from some Reliable sources that that's, that's gonna happen. So, like I say, if blades take care of business which you should, me and him in Manchester would be the best thing, I guess. If Al Maida wins, I guess that makes sense as well. Do you know? I mean, ultimately, I think it's pretty obvious I feel like I should be fighting for the undisputed next.
Speaker 4:And the store. He should be fighting for the undisputed title next. But, there's a couple people holding it up. For some reason, uncle Dana and the boys want to give John Jones his Send off into the Sun's it, so they're gonna set him up with steep a, even though steep is ready to fight right now. Why won't they set up steep a and John and then let I mean, I'm sorry Steep a and Tom and let Tom beat the shit out of steep a and then let, and then, by the time that fight's done, steep a can fight John if they still want to do that. Because Finding John having John fight steep a, I'm pretty sure everyone can agree that that's not gonna prove who the real champ is. Nope, raise your hand if you think that's a real. Though the the real champ. So yeah, exactly. So I'm glad Tom said this. I'm glad he's saying this out loud. Dude, that's a ballsy move, because he could just be like hey, you know what, I'm just gonna wait and then I'm gonna fight, because the old, the longer John waits to fight me, the older he's gonna be, the better it's gonna be for Tom.
Speaker 5:Yeah, but but still, man, like I mean, here's the thing, man, tom. Tom isn't this newly champ, he's a younger guy, he wants to prove himself, you know. I mean he does like, how does how does it look if he just lets somebody get older? And he's like, oh now, now you beat somebody when they were on the downswing, versus not, you want to beat them when they're on the Prime right. I mean, so he's still, he's still trying to prove himself, which I think, yeah, that's how you do it.
Speaker 4:Yep, yeah. So hopefully we find well, the dust will settle soon because blades in our mate are gonna fight pretty soon here. So after that we'll see what happens. All right, last weekend we didn't get to talk about this because it was going down like almost the night of that. We were recording. I was one day late. I thought there was this was gonna be like Monday morning, but this was Sunday morning. So we're talking about one one sixty five. It's their second pay-per-view. I got the clips. Let's get into this. I got all the results on the screen, but I'm only gonna be going over bangers. So then let's start by talking about the main event man Super lick. And to caru bros this was a five Round war. Let me share a little clip of round three right here. This is round three Towards the end of round three. To caru gets super lick up against the ropes ier than you playing their game. You see the whole. I'm sure one will post it on YouTube pretty soon, but it was a five round War, dude. But this was basically a Muay Thai showcase. Muay Thai winning again. Dude, super leg was leg kicking the shit out of Takeru dude Going to the body, going to the head and Peppering the leg. You know it would be a really fun game to play. Boys To watch this fight and then between all of us, try to guess the number of Combined shots landed between both of these guys, and then the loser has to take a shot or something, or or has to pay everyone else five bucks because the last 30 seconds of every round they were going to war. It was amazing, dude, but there has to be a winner and in the end it was super leg by unanimous decision. Guys, I want to show you super legs work, though. Check this out. So that's not a hamhawk on the right, that's. That is his leg the next day and that's his arm. Apparently he tore a muscle in his left arm Because he was just throwing dude, like he was getting fucked up. Dude, there was a couple times he took some leg kicks and he got dropped, but he never quit, dude, this was such an amazing fight, a fun fight to watch, because neither guy wanted to lose. Neither guy wanted to lose, but uh.
Speaker 5:You gotta imagine getting your leg to look like that after a fight. Half staffs, long ass term effects.
Speaker 4:Oh right, your leg is never, the same after that.
Speaker 3:No, oh no, it's not a nerve damage Lot of killer fighter do so?
Speaker 4:that just goes to show you what level super leg is that dog Fucking crazy, huh damn. Yeah all right, check this out. I got a finish here. Uh, member shinye yoki was supposed to take on uh, sage north cut. Sage north cut couldn't make it last minute, so In stepped in john linaker. I got the finish on the screen. Let's, let's check it out, let's see if it plays here. Here we go. This is round one a yoki on john linaker's back and he full, actually turned us into full round. He just starts raining elbows and then punches and then, unfortunately, john linaker just gives the backup and yoki's like yeah, I'll take that, bro, got that body triangle from the back too. Look at this. Mm-hmm, looks like it's on the chin dude instantly taps. So that was like that little neck crank a routine there.
Speaker 5:Dude, he's taller huh.
Speaker 4:Oh yeah, he's a lot bigger too, man, he's a lot bigger. But kudos for linaker for stepping in on short notice. Bro, that's balls. Check this out, gary the lion killed a tonan and taken on. Maybe A fan favorite definitely a fan favorite of the chingos is crew. I'm talking about none other than martin the situ Asian Nugget. Check it out, bros. Here we go. I think this is in the first round also, gary toning on the situasians back and you know what gary's gonna do. That mataleon, bro, that's what he's known for. Check it out, rolls him over, gets the left arm under the chin Situation fighting it two on one and the lion killer sinks it in game over, bro it makes it look easy. Yeah, damn situation, found himself in a situation. Sorry guys, sorry, I couldn't, couldn't. I'm not a dad, but I got dad jokes, all right, don't stop listening out there, guys, don't stop watching just because of that.
Speaker 5:Let me pick, let me bring it back, all right, you guys, like everybody from the channel, y'all want to see a dead body. I wish.
Speaker 4:I didn't have to say that, but let's watch this. Yoshihiro Akiyama taking on niki holton and who the f Scared up, freaking, thought this would be a good idea. Man, this is awful, guys awful, but a Soxy, sexy yama, check it out. Look at this. This is a boxing match, by the way, I don't know why he was going for a little thing there, but actually it's a special rules match, so it might have been MMA rules first round, or maybe MMA was the second round. How old is that?
Speaker 5:62 maybe no, that dude.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I was fucked up, dude. So niki holton gets the ko Round one. Leave sexy yama alone, let him retire. All right, guys, let's move on into the next thing we're gonna talk about. On friday, february 9, who's number one? 22 going down. This should be a good show, because should be a good show. Main event. Right here on the screen, freakin niki broad, niki the natty broad, taking on victor, babyface Kugel I think this was supposed to be, uh, victor kugel and gordon, but gordon face. No, not really. Let's move. Let's move on before people are looking up and they're like, hey, that guy's not All right. How about this, guys? How about this dude, one of my favorite grapplers on the planet, don't take leon Taking on diego pato. Diego pato coming up in weight, the 145 champ taking on the 155 champ for the lightweight strap. This is gonna be a burner, bro. This is gonna be fun to watch. You want to see passing, you want to see takedowns, you want to see aggressive Jiu-jitsu? Then watch this fight. This is one of the fights that I'm tuning into, that I'm the most looking forward to this one and the next one, because what do you think about this one? Sign in dolbra, oliver taza. Yes, I got to admit, guys, that I kind of thought that tinen was Taking this sweet ass time to step up in competition. Like bro, you're a fucking world mega champion in the gi. Just start finding good people already in no gi. You're good, you don't need to wait. Just jump into the top five and here we are. A lot of questions are going to be answered. It's been a really long time since we've seen someone dominate both gi and no gi, and we could see it right here, man. If tinen dominates like he always does against oliver bro, we got a mega double superstar on our hands.
Speaker 3:Yeah sure.
Speaker 4:So I can't wait for this one. I cannot wait for this one and Next one tune in, because it might not last very long. These guys are gonna be here for a good time, not a long time you have to. Mika gavau taking on kenta my mom gave me this haircut. Iwamoto, yeah, mika, trying to get another notch in his belt against the b team guys. So I think this was supposed to be, uh, nikki ryan, but nicky ryan hurt his leg, or his knee, I believe. And so kenta, b team member stepping up. This is gonna be a good match. Man. Kenta ain't no, I'm messing around. Kenta, a dcc qualifier. He competed last year. The key won 77 kilos in the adcc Asia trials. I want to see that's a lot of bro, yeah, man, yeah, and that's a lot of bull haircuts. So tune in friday All right, this is right up our alley guys, and this has been coming for a long time. So the california, the california state athletic commission is proposing a new rule. You guys hear about this. Read about this yeah, yeah pose change in language to the unified mma rules. Current language reads Knee and or kick the head of a grounded opponent. A grounded fighter is defined as anything other than the soles of the feet bearing weight. So I guess that would be like your hands, so someone can like Try pod up on one hand or two hands, and that's, that's considered a grounded fighter. So no knees to the head, uh, or anything like that. But the new language right, the new one is gonna read mean and or kicking To the head of a grounded opponent. A fighter shall be considered grounded and unable to be legally need or kicked to the head when any parts of their body but sides, their hands or feet come in contact with the canvas or ground. So that means like they have to have a forearm on the ground or like a butt cheek on the ground.
Speaker 3:Chin.
Speaker 4:Oh yeah, I should like more than a, more than hands and feet. If it's just hands and feet, you better watch out. You're about to take some bombs. Are you guys for this? I think I already know the answer you guys for this rule or against this rule? For it?
Speaker 5:I think it just makes it a lot more clear. Right like you can't play a game like you, you're legitimately grounded like it's. It's a lot more obvious.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I agree, and unfortunately this is only in california at the moment. But let's look at some examples On the screen. Fonz's favorite algemae, sterling versus pewter yon, part one, that ended that fight. That knee guys would be illegal Even in the new rules. Why is that? Because the because, he's got his knee on the ground, I see shadow.
Speaker 5:I see shadow. Well, that's because he's already got the. He's already absorbed the lead kick, so he already got hit so he's coming up off the mat, kind of yeah good point there fun.
Speaker 4:Yeah, so that would be illegal, right, but on the right, you guys, I don't think me and cousin ant talked about this because we did talk about mob's, vars, wrestling, but we didn't talk about this. In the third round, uh, arnold allen landed some devastating knees to evil off In this position. So evil off was trying to play the game putting his hands on the mat, but Arnold allen was like, oh, I see you, bo, and lifted him up and every time he lifted he threw that knee. Now the bad thing was it was really close. It was really close to looking like the guy's hand was still on the mat and unfortunately, mark goddard stepped in and he thought it was illegal, unfortunately, you know. I mean, he didn't have, he doesn't have the benefit of looking at the replay or nothing like that.
Speaker 5:I also think that it's. It's also illegal to to pull somebody up and underground them, just so you can need them. That's. I don't know that's why that's, yeah, that's why he did Because he kept on pulling up. Okay, forcing him to be on grounded.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I don't know about that rule, but that's the case and that's exactly why my mark goddard did said did that, but that's neither here nor there, faunso, because once this gets approved that's not even gonna matter. Evil, I would have Might. I mean, and dude, he was fucked up after he landed those knees. He was bleeding, he was.
Speaker 5:I'm sure he didn't know what he was after a little while.
Speaker 4:Yeah, so all right, let's see when that happens. Moving forward, guys. Jared canineer everyone's forgotten about this guy, jared canineer. I don't know where he's ranked, but I know he's in the top five and he was coming off of a win over roman delizy before he had that mcl injury. But he's like, bro, throw me in, I could be ready for UFC 300.
Speaker 5:He's not oh.
Speaker 4:He's not gonna be able to get a title shot right now, even though that's what he wants. But he's like, hey, if I can't get a title shot, hey, how about you my of alpha? It's your, my of what do you think that sounds good? That should be a five brown main event, bro. Make it happen. Sean Shelby, we need to see Chamiah get tested, and this would be the Ultimate test, because canineer is not a former welterweight Fighting out middleweight, he's a fucking former heavyweight fighting that middleweight bro. So now he's going the opposite way. So, hey, chamiah has been going the other way, fighting little guys at his way. Now let's find a big guy coming down to your way, bro. Let's see what you do, yeah and then canineers, number four. Ah, thanks, john, there we go. So, yeah, that makes perfect sense. And then you know what, if Chamiah can pull that off, get the W there a throat, bro. Title shot, title shot whoever wins that title eliminator right there. All right, we're about a month away from Tony Ferguson getting Butchered by Patty the Patty Pimlet, and I don't know if you guys heard about this. I guess apparently Tony was fighting with a torn MCL the whole time. Do you guys know about this?
Speaker 5:No, no, this may.
Speaker 4:This probably had something to do with I don't know Tony Ferguson doing something stupid With fucking David God. Do what the f are you doing? Going through hell week with David God? Dude, this was ridiculous. Like, hey, you want to prove you're a badass, all right, how about you set that up for after your training camp? Don't go fucking shredding your knees and your fucking stomach lining just to prove something. Bro. And he took a coach away and basically all he was doing is like bro, you need to get up. Tony, you need to fucking get going. Like, did you see David Goggins in the corner? You see his coach? Basically, all he was saying do something. Man. I'm not surprised. I'm not surprised. He just can't get out of his own way though, and like that's a problem.
Speaker 5:Yeah, no, he's just fighting through injuries, not healing. Yeah.
Speaker 3:Oh, he knows, he's on a time clock. That's what I think it is. Or it's just, he, just can't.
Speaker 4:He's done, guys, he's done. Yeah, he's almost, but you know who's not done, but maybe he might be. This guy's always Bonto. Can you read Matt's Holloway's tweet from earlier in the week please, because I can't right now just engage.
Speaker 5:He Las Vegas war, doesn't know, doesn't know that when octagon can we see when want to slugfest, drop her fist. Yes, so baddest mother Makes perfect sense to me, brother. You didn't get that. You didn't get that.
Speaker 4:Oh, hold on, Let me climb up the tree and jump out. I've been reading that tweet all week long and I'm like what you guys, don't get it man. Maybe he needs to get his brain scramble a little bit more and then this will make more sense, but I thought that was a little fun, much guys. All right, check this out. I got Izzy's resume on the screen going looking, going back from 2019, all the way to 223 guys. In that time span, 11 title fights, 10 pay-per-view headliners, a title fight wins, including one of them Regaining the strap, five title defenses and two time middleweight champ. Dude. That is a sick ass run that we may never, Years. I mean crazy, bro. And then you got Curious.
Speaker 5:I'm curious to see how that sacks up against John Jones's street, because that he he had a good at street for a while.
Speaker 4:Yeah, he was on it before he got. Yeah before he all that bullshit started happening yeah, before it started getting crazy. You're absolutely right. Fun, so we might got need to do a little bit of a.
Speaker 5:Yeah, this is wild. And four years that this is incredible.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I wanted to share this with y'all. All right, guys. Fight announcement time. Guys, Damian Martin tweeted this this is an up-and-coming fire that a lot of guys don't might not know about, but I'm super hype on this guy. He's a former Uriah Faber a1 combat fighter, pain Talbot and dude. This UFC usually doesn't do this. They got two up number two contenders right here. They got two possible future stars coming up. Instead of and instead of taking the Sean O'Malley route, they're gonna make them fight each other. So pain Talbot is supposed to take on Cameron Simon. You guys know who Cameron Simon is. No, I don't know if he trains with DDP, but he's from South Africa and he check out his resume. I don't have his resume on the screen, but he got hands, guys. He is a mother fucker. I know he lost his last fight to somebody who came in overweight, but before that he was on a tear. And pain Talbot is a motherfucker, even though he's only got I think he's only got one fight in the UFC and one fight on the contender, but both the contender fight. He beat the dog shit out of somebody and then in his first fight in the UFC I think he got the finish in the second round, second or third round, but this can be a fun fight to watch. Man, I'm super interested in this, so I just want to know is why.
Speaker 5:Why you got a bullseye. Right is, right is.
Speaker 4:Well, you gotta go watch anime, man. You gotta go watch cartoons. You're not gonna get man.
Speaker 5:That's just right. In the solar plexus man, that's.
Speaker 4:There's a lot about choice terrible choice All right Fondo you know, what else is a terrible choice? Disney and Hulu are gonna start cracking down on people sharing ESPN plus passwords.
Speaker 5:Damn sorry. No, my yeah, no more.
Speaker 4:Pretty sure this was this dude's move right here on the screen. Check this out. This was a screenshot from what's that girl that's always putting out the funny videos for the UFC, nina oh.
Speaker 5:Yeah, yeah. I forget her last, I forget her last one that's part with with what's his name Strickland. Yes, yes yeah.
Speaker 4:So she posted this on her social media and it looks like a screenshot of the fight, of the fight lineup for UFC 300. Main events still not announced, but the bout order is on the screen so you can see there. Gagey max Holloway is gonna be the co-made event, and then right under in that, jean-gui Lee and yon Jaunon, charlie olives arm on ceruchian and Yuri pro josca, and I forgot who he's fighting there. Alexander raccich, holly home, katie Kayla Harrison, calvin Kata, aljo stealing bow, nickel chimpanzee, brosamine right there, and then Jessica and Raj, and I forgot who she's supposed to be fighting. So what do you guys think about that lineup there?
Speaker 5:Yeah, yeah, yeah it's pretty good man, I pretty good, right? I think it's.
Speaker 4:Yeah, people can piss off, but it like dude, it's just another UFC event. They don't have to unload at all. You know I did. I did tweet out to Francis in Ghana and I asked champ if he could move his fight to April 13th so that Dana White can change the lineup and give us a killer, a killer of main event, but he already did us a favor and that's why we got UFC 299. All right, guys. Huh, we don't have a UFC 300 main event there, but check this out.
Speaker 2:This is ddps manager talking on the John Anik and Kenny Florian pot is it a huge swing for him fighting at 300 versus, say, 302, headlining the show on his own? I Mean the contracts already done, right, like we'd have to go back to Hunter and Mick and say, hey, let's have a conversation about him, right, if he's gonna headline 300? But yeah, I mean, you know, I talked to Hunter after the after After the fights and and he said you know, if we, if we do decide to go with Drake is for 300, we'll sit down and get it sorted out and make sure he's happy with what we do. You know the UFC is great about it. You know, obviously, like they have their guys that they're gonna. They have their slots that guys fall into for normal contracts. This is in a normal contract situation.
Speaker 4:So yeah, guys, basically he's saying DDP at UFC 300. It's on the table. It's on the table, thumbs up, thumbs down. What do you guys think, out there listening and watching the you, what's that? I don't know. I think this might be too soon for him. Yeah, I think you're absolutely right, cuz I don't know how injured he was, because that was a five round war, that was a. Yeah, remember we talked about it, bro. Yeah, yeah, man. So I wouldn't push for this, but I wouldn't be mad, yeah.
Speaker 5:Who would you fight if he was Jenner? Can in here. You think you're easy, bro.
Speaker 4:I mean, I don't know, I don't think they would throw cannon here, but that would still be a fun fight too. Is is you ready to return? Is he's ready, bro? So, apparently, so in the same no why not? Why not it oh?
Speaker 3:I just don't think he's mentally ready.
Speaker 4:Well he already said he's ready. So before you, Before the fight, DDP's manager had contacted Izzy's team and asked would it be cool to call out Izzy After this? Because if he's not gonna be ready, they're like we don't want to call you out, so we don't want to make you look. You know, we don't want to make it look like that. So they're like yeah, we'll be ready, bro. So apparently that's why he called him out.
Speaker 5:Oh, Alright well shit, maybe that's what it is. They're just trying to fucking and build a fucking suspense.
Speaker 4:They, they might be man and I don't see, dude. I honestly I don't see why he would not be ready. Dude, like he took a nail to Sean. He didn't get KO'd, he just took a nail. They caught him out, did he? Did he sound super sad? Fuck, yeah, I mean, look it out. Even Alexander Volkanovsky after that Volkanovsky got murked, he was down. You know, I mean he's gonna be sad. He just lost the title. But that doesn't mean his head's not in the game and that doesn't mean he's not training. Even Izzy, not training is probably better than people some like 99% of the roster going to the gym every day since then. And when did Strickland get the title from him? Like October, november wasn't that long ago. So even if he hasn't been doing anything, dude, this is prime time for him right here. I would love to see it like. Who was it that we were talking about last week? Cuz the Corey Sandhiggan? We're talking about Corey Sandhiggan Talk about how pieces match up, and those are two puzzle pieces that I really would like to see how they match up DDP and Izzy. I don't know how it's going to go, man, this fucking chaos versus game plan. You know what I mean. You don't know what's going to happen.
Speaker 3:Izzy doesn't have any ground game and I feel like he would just do what he uses wrestling and everything.
Speaker 4:We haven't seen him have to use his ground game. You know what I mean, Even at the beginning. People, when has he gotten taken down?
Speaker 3:Well, he got taken down with what's the name? They went down. They both didn't know what to fucking do.
Speaker 4:Alex. I think Alex took him down, but even then, you know what I mean. Yeah, it's minimal.
Speaker 3:You know what to do. So that's how I'm like DDP, like he'll eat him alive.
Speaker 4:For sure DDP has the grappling but that lead that DDP has in the grappling might be like two or three times a bigger gap in the striking. Yeah, that's, true so but you never know, man, you never know. You can never, because to DDP's got that dog in him, bro. I would never count that dude out. You never know. He learns as he goes to. Yes, yeah, he's fucking weird man. He might not even be human guys, he might be AI. Sorry, Fonzo, I don't mean to bring that up, bro.
Speaker 5:God damn it. It's replacing all of us.
Speaker 4:All right. So we got UFC 298 coming up and I don't have anything about the whole car, because we did talk. We'll talk about that pretty soon on next week's show, I guess. But UFC 299, guys, the entire fight lineup is on the screen right now and after looking at this, I gotta say I think that I'm only gonna be watching. Let me see early prelims, prelims and main card. I'm fucking watching every single fight on this card, guys. I don't think I'm gonna miss not one fight. What about you guys?
Speaker 5:Yeah, man, it's stacked, it is a stacked card I'm excited for I think we talked about this before. I'm more excited for this versus 300.
Speaker 4:This is like me going to Five Guys Burger and they're like and I'm like, what toppings can I get? And they're like everything up there and I'm like I can get all of that.
Speaker 1:And they're like, yeah, you can get all of that.
Speaker 4:And I go, what about that on that side? And they're like, yeah, you can get that too, I can get all of that and all of that. And they're like, yeah, I don't like throw it all in there, bro. That's UFC 299, bro it's like go, go, go, go, go go. Mega stacked dude. Look at the fucking early prelims. Dude, Pereda. Oleg Juscik. Dude, the Cuban Taekwondo guy I'm there, bro. Look at prelims. Mattias Gamera, rda that's going to tell us if RDA is done or not. And then dude, curtis Blades and Jaltan Almeida that's a pay-per-view main event. I know Almeida laid a fatty in his last fight, but he can't do that this time and Blades is not the dude to try that with. And then look at the main card Piotr Jan Sangyadong. Someone is not going to come out looking the same way. They're going to come up all like two-faced bro. They're going to be cut. They're not, not even two-faced. Is Jigsaw DC or Marvel, I don't remember.
Speaker 5:Do you guys remember that character.
Speaker 4:I think it's a Batman guy. It's Marvel, jigsaw. Marvel's like Jigsaw, yeah.
Speaker 5:Is that a Spider-Man character?
Speaker 4:Yeah, spider-man, yeah, dude, whoever loses that fight might be the new Jigsaw. And then, guys, this fight we talked a lot about it when it first got announced, but there hasn't been a lot of talk about it since and it's going to be a sneaky. Might even be Friday the night man Durino taking on Fonzo's boy, jdm Michael Vanden, page taking on Kevin Holland, and then, dude, co-made event Dustin Poirier, benoist Sandini I don't know if you guys knew this. Did you guys hear about this earlier in the week? This fight was off this fight is off. Yeah, this fight is off and Dustin was like, yeah, we never signed anything. Apparently, nothing was made official and Dana announced it anyways. But then I don't know what happened, We've had a change of heart. And Dustin was like, hey, it's OK because don't worry about it, Don't be so worried. Oh, so it's back on.
Speaker 5:OK, it's back on.
Speaker 4:So apparently Dustin jumped the gun and then somebody called Dustin and then he's like what the fuck are you doing, bro? Tell him it's all good. And he came out and was like yeah, it's all good. It's all good, guys. Sorry.
Speaker 5:So his manager signed for him but didn't tell fucking Dustin that he signed. And he was like hey, you're fighting on this day.
Speaker 4:Be ready. I don't know if that's what happened, but Frank I signed you up to fight fucking. Rockwizard.
Speaker 5:Let's fucking go.
Speaker 4:You're fighting next weekend. I'm ready right now, fonzo. All right, let's go. I ain't no bitch. All right, gentlemen? Next story got fight announcements, fight updates here. Sean Brady is out of his matchup against Vicente Luque, so we're not going to see number six taking on number nine. But guess what? I think they announced somebody stepping in. Actually, no, they haven't announced somebody stepping in, but who do you guys think should step in? So I got the top 10 in the Walter Wray division on the screen right now and at the moment the only two people who have a fight officially signed is Jeff Neal and Eden Machado-Gerry, so you can't throw them in the mix, guys. So outside of those two guys, who should Luque fight instead of Sean Brady? Wonder Boy Colby Actually, I'm sorry, durino's also got a fight. So Wonder Boy Colby. Shavkot Vlal Kamaru.
Speaker 5:I don't want to see Colby fight so, but I don't think. I don't think the top three would be a good fight. I don't think he's ready for that. So I think the only one that would make sense is Wonder Boy.
Speaker 4:I don't know if that would. I don't think Wonder Boy would take that fight just because I think he would think that and that's not really going to do anything for him in the rankings. But I think put him anywhere on the top three, or you want to not like? I think a Kamaru fight would be fun, would be good for Kamaru, because then Kamaru could use that to launch himself back into a beat the dog shit out of this guy. Now either I fight for the bell or I get a number one contender fight. But I think Colby and Luke will be a fun fight and that's the type of fight that could. I mean I'm not going to say it's going to turn people's, change people's minds on Colby, but that would look good on paper, dude, like that's a fun. That's a fight. Fans fight. I think right there to good grapplers. You know what I mean. The grappling might cancel each other out. So we're going to see what they got on the feet, but they're two tough sons of bitches. I know Colby's a piece of shit, motherfucker.
Speaker 5:But I just, I just don't think he's a, he's a, he's a entertaining fighter.
Speaker 4:He might not be you know what I mean and and Luke could get him out. Maybe even you know what I mean. But if they stand up, if Luke can avoid the takedown and beat the shit out of Colby bro, he's in the top five after that.
Speaker 5:And I still. I just don't know why Colby's still top five Exactly.
Speaker 4:Exactly. Yeah, he probably shouldn't be. You know what I mean. So stay tuned. I'm sure we'll hear something pretty soon because it's going to be coming up in the next couple of months. I don't think they're going to scratch this. Yeah, all right, guys, in a couple of weeks it's going to be more Rob time and Rob Davies. Billy came out with this video, posted on his Twitter, giving us a run down, an overview of the Bantamweight division. Check it out. Pretty entertaining video.
Speaker 6:I'm back with breaking news everybody. So we know the champ, sean Umali called out number six guy, cheeto, to avenge his loss. Of course Cheeto Vera will beat skinny guy again and he will be the new champ. Already Cheeto Vera called out number four, corey Sanhangan, to avenge his loss. Of course Corey will beat Cheeto again and he will become UFC new champ. And Corey will call out number five, peter, to get his loss back. Peter will win against Corey again and Peter will call number two. And of course this handsome guy will beat Peter again. And then here comes the news. I will avenge my loss and call out number 885 Frankie Sian out of the retirement. He's going on, guys. Hey, what are you talking about me? Don't think I forget about you.
Speaker 4:I'm about to retire Aljameh Sterling's butt plug. His name is not Marat.
Speaker 6:Playing damage. But no worries, don't tell Marat about the next spot.
Speaker 5:That was so good the level of shit. Talk is like if he fought as good as he thought shit he'd be world champion.
Speaker 4:He does fight that good. If his standup was as good as this video, he'd be the shit, because his wrestling and gas tank are on point, bro. Alright, guys, fonson, you fucking set this next slide up perfectly, bro. How is this fight going to play out? Which hand, which Zahudo is going to show up? Is he going to be the pre-retirement Henry or is he going to be the? I mean, I got to admit I know it was his first fight back, but he seemed like he was a step behind against Aljo.
Speaker 3:Every time Right, but remember he also had just lost his sister right.
Speaker 4:That is true, that is very true. So how do you think this is going to go down?
Speaker 3:I don't know. Check this out.
Speaker 4:Let's see if this clip plays. I don't know if it's going to play. It looks like it might not. Let's see. It's already deleted, never mind Not going to play. So this was a clip of Marav wrestling against Piotr Yon, just taking him down over and over for three rounds. Now Piotr is not Henry right, because Henry's got the wrestling background. So for sure Henry's going to stop a lot of those takedowns.
Speaker 5:But but we saw him against early man and he wasn't able to do a whole lot of wrestling with early either.
Speaker 4:Yeah, well, I mean, could that be the sister factor, could that be the layoff factor? And then, on top of that, guys, I got on the screen right now. I got pictures of Daniel Cormier and John Jones, and I remember when they fought, before they fought for the first time, I thought DC was going to wipe the floor with John Jones just because of the wrestling factor. I thought that there is no way that John's wrestling would be able to neutralize anything that Cormier brought to the cage. But I was fucking dead wrong, bro. So there's like wrestling, and then there's MMA wrestling. So just because Henry's got the better wrestling on paper, right, collegiate Olympics, whatever, dude, this is MMA wrestling. Do you guys think that Marav can pull the same type of game plan and use his MMA wrestling and his cardio to outperform Henry for five rounds? Because I think that's what's going to happen.
Speaker 5:I think that's the case, man. I think if Henry Seguda wants to win this, he can't rely on the wrestling. He's got to be able to beat him on the feet, because that's where he could have an advantage over Marav. You know what I mean. Henry's stand-up is decent. You know what I mean. He has to focus.
Speaker 4:Probably a little bit better than Marav's. No Right, that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 5:Yeah, marav's is. Marav could have a lot harder time trying to keep it on the feet and winning on the feet, so that's where Seguda's got to concentrate. He should put most of his focus in the camp in that area.
Speaker 4:I think so, man. So Corey Sanhagan was on the MMA hour with Ariel Hauwani and I mean he's got a lot at stake here. He's got a lot at stake in these next up-and-coming paper views. Because if Marav does what if Marav starches Sohoodo? Or what if Sohoodo does a fucking Jorge Mazvedal and starches Marav in the first round, bro, you know, dana's going to jump all over that and instantly give Henry the next title shot or Marav the next title shot. He's just going to be about selling fights and they could totally leapfrog Corey because Corey's been out of the picture for a little while. So you guys remember Corey was supposed to fight Khabib's cousin, umar, but I guess that fight is off now. He's not going to fight him and he's been promised the winner of Chito and Suga. So he was on the MMA hour with Ariel and he was asked hey, how do you think this is going to play out? How do you think the Marav and Henry fight is going to go? And he said that, just like we said, wrestling's going to cancel each other out. And he says Henry's striking is what's going to be the deciding factor and he's taking Henry in that fight. Actually he said that it's going to go down to the striking. And then, as far as the Chito and Suga fight goes, he said let's see what did he say here. Let me check my notes. He said Chito's always losing up until he clips somebody. So he says as long as Suga doesn't get clipped, suga's going to win the fight. And that's basically what we've been saying the whole time. Just because his output doesn't match up, chito's got the cardio. I don't know why he doesn't try to use that to his advantage. Why is his output so low? Because Suga's not going to win.
Speaker 5:He's not going to win, he's got to go train with the Chicali sick Mexican fighters. Yeah, bro.
Speaker 4:He's got to put the pilas in and get going. Man, and he did mention that there are puzzle pieces. This is where I was talking about puzzle pieces earlier. He says that Sean and Chito's puzzle pieces don't match up because Sean needs someone to rush in and open themselves up to allow themselves to be counter strike, just like Aljo. And he says Chito doesn't do that. Chito is very, very patient and he'll wait till the last round to try to land his kill shot.
Speaker 5:But in this case, it might be a boring fight bro, it might be a boring fight, especially.
Speaker 4:I mean, sean could just be laying back waiting for the fight to come to him, and Chito's not going to do that.
Speaker 5:I don't know if he'll do that, though. I mean, yes, he's a counter striker in most cases, but also I think he's still trying to prove himself. He still goes out there and then risks. He takes some calculated risks, so I think he might go after him.
Speaker 4:He doesn't get touched. Bro Chito does not get touched.
Speaker 5:He might try to bait him with leg kicks.
Speaker 4:That's my prediction. Maybe, man, that might be the deciding factor. That's what happened the first time. But hey, we're going to get our answers answered, our questions answered, really really soon, guys, really really soon. Someone else gave their take on this, and this was Aljo. Aljo says this is on Al the sugar versus Chito matchup. He says Chito has to play the long game and I think while playing the long game, he needs to chip away. I think his gas tank will start to take over and I think his durability will start to take over. I don't think Sean is as durable and I don't think, mentally, he's as tough. So Aljo is taking Chito while Corey is taking Sean. So I just want to throw that in there. You think that's facts or is he just hating, hating?
Speaker 5:I think he's got a pretty good idea.
Speaker 4:He's got a little bit of truth in there, I think.
Speaker 5:Yeah, yeah, I definitely think, in terms of durability, chito is a lot more durable, but I mean that doesn't necessarily make sense it's going to be like an.
Speaker 4:FJ Cruiser versus a Lamborghini Gallardo.
Speaker 5:Yeah, I don't necessarily think that's going to spell a victory for Chito, though Just goes, that's it.
Speaker 4:Yeah, I think that's just a variable in the fight. It could you know what I mean. It's going to play a part in the fight, but that's not going to be the only thing.
Speaker 5:If Chito, the last sentence right? I don't think mentally he's as tough. That might be true, but if Chito is not putting in the pressure, that's not going to matter, he's not even going to get tested.
Speaker 4:Exactly, bro, exactly If he's up three round, if he's up 3-0, walking in around four, he's good. All he's got to do is get on his bike. You know, yeah, and Sean's got a really good coach. Dude, his coach is fucking so good. You know they're going to be coming in with a killer, killer game plan, all right, guys. Well, going down later tonight, ufc fight night, roman Delizi versus Imava main event. Who knows how this is going to play out, but we'll have clips and highlights. We'll talk more about this on next week's show. That's a wrap, boys, that is a Riz app. Closing comments.
